Any donation you make, regardless of its size, is invested wisely and benefits our community. If you wish to determine where your donation goes, please print out a copy of the pledge form and write in the 5-digit code for the charity or charities you support. A copy of this year’s donor brochure is also available on our home page. If you aren’t sure who you wish to support but have a particular area of interest; e.g. cancer, Alzheimer’s, youth, elderly, etc., you can perform a search of the brochure and locate charities that serve that area.
The federal government is currently unable to do a monthly deduction from retirement checks and the only way to donate monthly is by completing this Personal Account Transfer form and returning it to us with the necessary information. Of course, you may also elect to send a check or money order.
