Intermountain CFC Donor Recognition

Join the Eagle Club!

For the first time in 25 years, Intermountain CFC has raised the minimum requirement to be an Eagle Club member. There are two important reasons for this: 1) In 2007, for the first time, the average gift ($270) surpassed the minimum Eagle level requirement of $250. 2) In today’s dollars, a charity would need over $560 to provide the same services that it cost only $250 to deliver in 1982.

However, to keep the Eagle Club within reach, we’re raising the levels by just a few dollars per pay period. THANK YOU for your generous support!

The new Eagle levels are:

$312-623 = bronze year sticker

$624-779 = silver year sticker

$780-1091 = gold year sticker

$Over 1,092 = blue (super) sticker

Note: If you have been an Eagle Club member since before 2006, you have a framed certificate with room for up to 10 year stickers. You will continue to receive the year stickers for this certificate unless you contact CFC headquarters and request otherwise.

How much do these awards cost?
Approximately 35% of our givers give at the Eagle Club level and we usually distribute around 700 new plaques each year and close to 2,800 year stickers. The cost of a plaque is approximately $10.50 and the year stickers are free. What this means in total dollar cost is that if a person is a bronze-level Eagle Club giver for five years, he will donate $1250 to CFC charities and his plaque will be less than 1% of his total gift over the five years. If she is a super Eagle level giver ($1,000 per year or $5,000 as a total gift), the plaque will equate to a little more than 1/4th of 1% of her total gift.
