The 2010 CFC application period for 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations is now closed.
The following guidance is now for informational purposes only. The 2011 application period opens on Jan. 1, 2011, with an anticipated deadline of March 23, 2011. Please mark your calendar accordingly.
Local Independent Organizations (and members of Federations):

Local organizations, please email Attachment E to Debbie Noseworthy (dnoseworthy AT uwnu DOT org). Members of federations, please email Attachment E to your federation contact. Your federation will compile the information into its Attachment A, below.
